1. Our order process
An order with XTailor moves through the following stages:
- Payment Confirmed — your payment has been verified by Paystack.
- Measurements Verified — your standard size/custom measurements are confirmed, or your existing garment has been received and measured.
- Fabric Selected — your chosen fabric and colour are confirmed and allocated.
- Cutting → Sewing → Quality Check — production of your garment.
- Ready for Pickup / Delivered — your order is complete.
You can follow your order’s progress at any time via Track Order using your order number.
2. Order acceptance
An order is accepted once payment is confirmed. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) where the requested fabric or design is unavailable, or where the details provided appear fraudulent or cannot be verified.
3. Timelines
The production timeline you select (24/48/72 hours) begins once your measurements are confirmed — see our Delivery Policy for how this relates to courier transit time.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate contact details, delivery information, and measurements or an appropriately-fitting reference garment — see our Measurement Disclaimer. Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information you provide are not attributable to XTailor.
5. Quality issues
If you believe your finished garment has a genuine defect or does not match the specification you confirmed, contact us within 7 days of delivery — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how these claims are resolved.
6. Cancellations
See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for when an order can be cancelled and refunded.
7. Governing law
These Tailoring Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and are supplementary to our general Terms & Conditions.
